My expertise lies in connoisseurship of antique furniture, decorative arts and household goods-especially mid-century modern. I perform appraisals for insurance coverage and claims, estate tax, and charitable donation. Private client work includes brokering, downsizing, and dispersals of personal property. I invite private collectors, estate executors and heirs, senior move managers, estate lawyers, trust managers, and insurance adjusters to contact me about appraising anything from a single antique to a collection of memorabilia to an estate full of furniture, in-person or virtual. I am located outside of Chicago, service the Chicagoland area, travel regionally in the Midwest and conduct virtual appraisals nationally. I am a certified Appraiser by Asheford Institute of Antiques, a member of the International Society of Appraisers, and USPAP certified through the end of 2024.
